Garden Grove, CA – Gremsy USA, a U.S.-based manufacturer specializing in advanced sUAS payload systems designed for aerial industrial applications, and Easy Aerial, a leading manufacturer of autonomous drone-in-a-box systems, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to expand their strategic partnership. Together, the companies will deliver fully integrated, NDAA-compliant and Blue UAS Cleared ISR drone systems that are officially cleared under the Department of Defense’s Blue UAS program, supporting mission-critical requirements for US defense integrators, military branches, and public safety agencies.

As part of this collaboration, Gremsy USA’s advanced aerial EO/IR payloads – specifically Vio F1 Blue UAS – have been successfully integrated into Easy Aerial’s Osprey Blue UAS platforms. These systems are Blue UAS-cleared, providing end users with secure, compliant, and field-ready ISR capabilities built entirely in the United States.

Gremsy USA and Easy Aerial began joint integration efforts in 2024 and participated in the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) Blue UAS Refresh Challenge in September 2024. Following rigorous technical and cybersecurity evaluations, the combined solution officially achieved Blue UAS certification in 2025.
